In order to study the effect of rural land circulation of households’ economic benefits, and puts forward some countermeasures of increasing farmers’ income, this paper takes Guangxi as the research scope, the methods of survey research methods and empirical analysis on the present situation of the rural land circulation in Guangxi, change of farmers’ economic income, and to study the influence factors of farmers’ economic benefits. In this paper, specific research ideas are as follows:First of all, we rolled out a wide range of household survey to find out the present situation of rural land circulation and the change of famers’economic benefits before and after the transfer. Second, we established Difference-in-Difference (DID) model according to the cross section of the mixed and independent data sets which we collected to analysis how strong that the transfer affected the farmers’ income, to find out factors that mainly influence the farmers’ income during the research periods.Research indicates that:first, rural land circulation in Guangxi province develop slower than other area, this is due to weak market mechanism, lacking land resources, non-coordination between the transfer-in and transfer-out, and the mass of circulation process. Compared with the strong willing that the farmers transfer more land, the fact is disappointed because transfer was hinder by high trade cost and the scale of circulation were so small. Second, the main impact of rural land circulation on farmers’income was the structural adjustment that differential effects of structural adjustments in income is not significant, time comparison of significant per capita household income was mainly driven by the impact of the economic environment. Third, the factors that affect farmers economic benefits include:(1) the circulation process of soundness, intervention of foreign organizations of farmers per capita arable land, labor, level of education, such as factors of farmers per capita household income has positive influence;(2) foreign organizations, labor, level of education of interference from the farmers and non-agricultural labor population rate of change has positive effects on peasant household proportion of non-agricultural income;(3) agricultural labor rate of change of population, cultivated land per capita, leisure population rate of change of the proportion of farmers income increase has a positive effect. Thus, in order to increase farmers’income, to speed up the rural land circulation, according to the research conclusion is put forward including breaking the land and finely, improving the land circulation; Regulating the circulation of rural land, improving land circulation market; Supporting the rural collective organizations, playing groups influence ability; Increasing farmers to continue to education, the promotion agriculture operators quality; speeding up the property rights of land property rights system, achieving match the policy execution.
