A Study On The Effect Of Land Circulation On Rural Household Labor Migration

Land circulation system as one of the important measures to realize urbanization and agricultural modernization,has become a hot issue of land reform in China,scale management of land has become the inevitable trend. The healthy and orderly transfer of land, is conducive to improve the rate of agricultural income and land use, by the scale of land management, the release of more labor, to further broaden the channels of farmers income.In the north of yinchuan Ningxia. PingLuo is a national land reform experimental area, for further improving land circulation system provides good experience and methods.In this paper, on the basis of relevant research results at home and abroad, as the study area in ningxia silver north area, using the two methods of questionnaire and depth interview to collect first-hand data. Using DID (times difference analysis) method, first of all, from the perspective of the whole decision of farm households, establish the land circulation Probit model of the impact of labor transfer, the multiple linear regression model and Tobit model, analyze the land circulation of rural labor transfer decision-making behavior. Secondly, from the perspective of gender concerns the land circulation influence on married women’s labor transfer, it is concluded that the land circulation can significantly improve the possibility of married women’s labor transfer and the duration of the migrant workers. Besides, from the perspective of the farmers income, the influence of labor transfer effect, and then evaluate the influence of the land circulation effect. On this basis, the following conclusions:first, the land circulation is a positive significant influence on labor transfer. By comparing treatment group and control group, and found that participate in the land circulation of the allocation of labor transfer probability of farm households, the proportion of labor transfer, duration of migrant workers has increased significantly; Second, the land circulation can be solved step by step the female labor force transfer lag and the problem of agriculture feminization. Third, land circulation after affect labor transfer, the transfer of the labor force to achieve the farmers’ income. Participate in the land circulation of peasant households rural per capita income and per capita land rental income of farmers per capita contribution of 64% of its total.According to the research conclusion analysis, put forward the following Suggestions:(1) insist on land conversion in accordance with the principle of "voluntary, paid"; (2) the land circulation, land circulation should be followed; (3) increase of married women’s labor force employment opportunities; (4) the government should continue to increase the training of labor skills, from the practical skills training, employment channels provided on delicate fastidious.
