The Research On The Optimization Of Structure And Composition Land For Urban And Rural Construction Use In Changji City

As a scarce natural resource and social resources,land is essential to human. Our people will be desperately short of land reserve resources; coupled with the acceleration of urbanization,the demand for construction land has increased dramatically; meanwhile the population is increasing year by year;those bring severe challenges to scarce land resources.Based on the study of urban and rural construction land structure and layout optimization at home and abroad on the analysis of 1996a- 2013 a Changji City and rural construction land structure and layout,and to find the Changji City,urban and rural construction land use structure and layout existing problems. For Changji City,urban and rural construction land use structure and layout of the existing problems,the paper using the driving force of the model prediction,fixed targets law and land for the project forecasting method to analyze the direction and distribution structure Changji urban and rural construction land adjustment; the use of land suitability evaluation law on the Situation of the Changji City and rural construction land were analyzed,and vision of its layout optimization. Analysis of results in urban and rural construction land structure and layout optimization programs,based on the urban and rural construction land after Changji rational allocation made specific recommendations. The results showed that:(1)Based on the analysis of Changji City from urban and rural construction land size,structure and spatial distribution of the proposed current problems of urban construction land.
