Study On Land Use Planning

As the rapid development in our society, the new round of land use planning has been carrying out. With the experience gained from other place, the author gave an in-depth research to land use planning work of Changji City.This paper carried out land use planning about Changji City, summarized experience both home and abroad, and took special adjustment programs to solve the shortcomings in Changji's land use. The basic content of this article are follows:This paper set out the research background and significance, introduces the progress of land-use planning at first. Second, it concluded the theories of land use planning.In the empirical research, through analysis the land use planning situation of the last round and the land's current characteristics, obtained the shortcomings and feather, then summarize the issues should be solve in this ground. This paper also pointed Changji's land use direction at the same time.This paper predicted the population of Changji City, and then calculated the arable land and construction land. It also considering the environment,population's needs and requirements of urban's development, then done an adjust for Changji's land.To made this research more reasonable, this study gave a zoning research of Changji's land, based on the zoning situation and economic development, this paper worked out a serious rules about land use development and control directions. In order to ensure the smooth implementation of this plan, this article developed a series safeguards at last.
