The Industrial Park is established that is adapt to China’s economic development. With China’s economy has become increasingly powerful and science and technology has become increasingly advanced, the role of the industrial park has become increasingly evident, the industrial park has become the industry that focuses on technology innovation base or center and the industrial park has played a huge role on driving China’s economic growth. But in the process of rapid development of the industrial park, it has a lot of problems that mainly reflects in the land use structure that is irrational and land use intensity is not high, sprawl and low efficiency. In order to implement the spirit of the Seventeenth Party Congress, insist on the basic state policy of conserving resources and promote social and economic sustainable development, a notice is issued under the State Council and the Ministry of Land in2008, the notice requires all types of parks to carry out intensive land use evaluation nationwidely, promote the park land use intensity and promote conservation and intensive in land use zone.This thesis is under the background of the selected topic, through the establishment of a intensive land use evaluation system, it chooses the Chemical Industrial Park of Shanshan county as the research object and applies AHP analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and is based on the ideal value correction method and the model of intensive land utilization evaluation in intensive land use evaluation method, etc. This thesis is calculates and analyzes on the level of intensive land use in the Chemical Industrial Park of Shanshan county from the macro and micro level, it finds the main factors that restricts intensive land use from the macro level and finds that low degree of intensive land use of concrete block from the micro level. Through the forecast of the park intensive land use potential, it reveals the degree of anticipated change of the park intensive land use. It can indicate the direction for improving the park intensive land use degree and also develop the feasible intensive land use of policies and measures to provide scientific theory basis.The thesis has mainly completed work as follows:(1) This thesis is supported by the intensive evaluation theory, combines with the actual situation of the Chemical Industrial Park of Shanshan county, analyses the factors that influences the indexes of the park intensive land use and establishes the intensive land use evaluation system of the Chemical Industrial Park of Shanshan county.(2) This thesis uses the AHP analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to calculate the weight value of the each evaluation index.(3) This thesis uses the target method, experience method and expert consultation method to determine the index ideal value of the park intensive land use and each index is calculated out standardized processing and then calculates the realization score of the each index.(4) This thesis downloads and corrects of the images of the Chemical Industrial Park of Shanshan county, and then carries on the vector quantization and establishes the intensive land use database.(5) From the macro level to the park for the overall evaluation objects, using the AHP analytic hierarchy process and the ideal value method for the evaluation of intensive utilization of land in the industrial park(6) From micro level on the basis of the evaluation unit evaluation objects, using "land intensive evaluation system for the evaluation of intensive utilization of land in the industrial park.
