| In recent years, the new industrialization which constituted by intelligent information has turned the industrial park out in our country. As a new engine of promoting local economic growth,industrial park have put a important role to pull the regional GDP, local revenue growth. However, with the development of industrial parks, the problem of the land use is gradually revealed, land use evaluation and analysis has important practical significance.This article adopts the method of quantitative evaluation of overlapping qualitative analysis to study on intensive land use evaluation Emin county industrial park. First the article survey the situation of Emin county industrial park for getting the park dates, then using the multi-factor comprehensive evaluation method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the Land consolidation of Emin county, finally, analyzes Emin County Industrial Park land intensive use evaluation resultsThrough the analysis of Emin County Industrial Park land intensive use evaluation results, this article made some conclusions: Emin county industrial park land intensive use based on comprehensive assessment method is 63.71; on the other hand,the result based on fuzzy comprehensive method is 0.69,the two methods all displayed Emin county industrial park is in the middle level in land intensive utilization, the land use structure condition, the land use intensity and input-output efficiency of industrial land have a lag gap with the ideal value; Emin county park has a larger development space in terms of potential of land use. Finally combining the results of the study this paper puts forward feasible advice for the development of Emin county industrial park land intensive utilization. |
