Study On The Land Use Structure Optimization In The Aksu City

Land resources are necessary to human survival and development, all activities ofhuman beings cannot do without the land. With the rapid development of socialeconomy and world population, more serious contradiction between people and landresources. Reasonable land use patterns can improve the land use efficiency, savingintensive land resources, alleviate the contradiction between people and land, and canhelp human to achieve the sustainable development. Optimization of land use structurehas important strategic significance for the long-term development of mankind.Combined with Aksu’s actual situation, apply GIS technology and mathematicalmodels to made a better structure of Aksu city.The research summarized in thefollowing parts:(1)From Aksu land use and socio-economic data, calculating amount changing ofland resources, land use comprehensive utilization efficiency index variation, the rate ofchange of land utilization, land use diversification index. From the results above fiveindicators, Aksu’s land use was deepened in rec--ent years, types of land aredistribution in the city more balanced, compr-e-hensive benefits by land use activitiescreate was increasing year by year. O-ve-rall, between1996and2012, Aksu City’s landuse is in developmental stag-e. But there are remain some problems in land use,such asstructure is irrational, lower utilization of unused land.(2) Use gray multi-objective linear programming method to get two optimizationplan. Contrasting composite indexand of land-use and diversity index of land-use, andultimately chose solution2as the best plan.(3)Using GIS technology and cluster analysis methods to divide Aksu into fiveareas,including the core area of urban development, industry and agriculture area innorthwest, specialty fruit industry development area, agricultural development in the central plains region, cotton industry base.（4）Comprehensive analysis of the results and area optimization results, the orchard,farmland, traffic land, woodland, urban land, rural residential and industrial land areahas increased in varying degrees. Where a large area of grassland in northwestern townof Ayia Kule large area of bare ground and the eastern of Aksu can be appropriatelydeveloped as farmland, orchard and woodland; transportation land distributed in theregion where population gathered; southwestern town of Ayia Kule and the centralregion of TalHar have the conditions to develop industrial land; waters and waterconservancy facilities land did not significantly change.In conclusion, at the end of article, the authors summarize the research inadequacies,I hope in the future, the content and methods of research can be further improved.
