The Research On Strategic Development Of Private Enterprises In Xinjiang

Since the reform and opening up,Xinjiang’s economic development has madegreat progress.However,compared with the developed regions,there also have largerdevelopment gap.there are natural,historical,talent gap and so on many kinds ofreason,but the most important reason is lagging behind the national economy,theimportance of the development of the private economy is not enough andineffective.to the development of private economy,we have to pay attention to thedevelopment of private enterprises.private enterprises are an important part ofnational economy and social development in Xinjiang,it is an importance force topromote the modernization of new industialization farming and animal husbandry andrealization of well-off society in Xinjiang.we shoud take feasible developmentstratedy to promote the development of private enterprises,finally realize thesustained and healthy development of Xinjiang’s economic.Based on the global economic crisis situation,this paper selected more typical ofan enterprises in Xinjiang-Arman Halal Food Industry Group CO.Ltd,the use ofstategic management theory and analysis tools,a detailed analysis of the externalopportunities and threats,and advantages and disadvantages,then on the developmentstrategy of Arman group,and the relevant guarantee measures and suggestions on howto effectively realize the strategy target.Through the research,this paper holds that the development of strategicmanagement on the survival and development of private enterprises is very necessary.advice on the development of strategic management of Arman group for the majorotyof private enterprises should have a certain referential significance.
