Private enterprise development road is not smooth, but the steady development ofthe total is the trend of today. However, the development of private enterprises are facedwith an important question, is talent shortage caused by the lack of competitiveness.Private enterprises largely unable to form a long-term human resource planning, thestrategic planning not forming, also won’t be able to perfect relevant human resourcemanagement system, the process related to human resource management such as staffrecruitment, salary management, performance evaluation and training, etc. There aresome problems restricted the reserves and development of human resources. Thisunreasonable problems, directly affect the employees of the company’s recognitiondegree, cause work resistance or change of consciousness, is not conducive to thelong-term and stable development of the enterprise.To solve thoroughly in an all-round way at present, the company human resourcemanagement problems, such as hiring a lack of standardization, salary management, thescientific nature is yet to be ascending, lack of targeted training management, lack ofimpartiality, promotion personnel appraisal lack of standardization, personnel incentivemechanism is not sound, these problems have restricted the further development ofprivate enterprises, and the optimization of human resource management, to improve thecompany’s core competitiveness, is of great significance to the further development of theenterprise.This study through literature review, research on domestic and foreign scholars onthe theory of human resource management were analyzed, the theoretical basis for theconstruction of private enterprise human resource management system. Summaryanalysis of private enterprise human resource management system currently existingproblems and cause analysis and make recommendations on private enterprise humanresource management, and build private enterprise human resource management systemon this basis. Through the analysis of China’s private enterprise human resource management problems, the development of China’s private enterprises human resourcemanagement to offer constructive ideas.
