A Study On The Shaping Of Sound Private Enterprise Culture

Guided by Marxism, Maozedong Thought, Theory of Dengxiaoping and "the Three Representatives" and complied with the dialectical materialism and historical materialism, the thesis proposes some strategies and suggestions on the basis of making an academic theory analysis and forming scientific judgment by employing the methods of traditional normative study and emerging experimental quantitative study and adopting the most recent achievements in the field. It aims at providing theoretical base, guiding principles and concrete strategies for the sound development of China's private enterprise from the perspective of enterprise culture. The view that ignoring the shape of sound enterprise culture is an important factor of limiting the development of private enterprise and the view that the Scientific Concept of Development is a cardinal principle for shaping private enterprise culture are the creative points of the thesis.The thesis consists of seven parts.Part one is an introduction, which explains the significance of the study and the problems to be solved in the thesis.Part two is a general introduction to private enterprise, elaborating on the delimitation of private enterprise, its development and basic knowledge of enterprise culture.Part three is about the history and situation of private enterprise culture development, explaining the stages of private enterprise culture development, pointing out the problems existing in its development and analyzing the deep reasons.Part four elaborates the necessity of shaping private enterprise culture.Part five is the principles of shaping private enterprise culture.Part six proposes strategies for shaping sound private enterprise culture, analyzing from the perspectives of material, behavior, system and mental.Part seven is conclusion.
