This paper focuses on the reform of thesalary system reform of human resources in agricultural issue, the issue Karamaybranch as example to discuss. Present situation of salary management in agricultural issue Karamay branchsummarized, the use of modern economics and management theory, analyzes thecompensation management problems. On this basis, according to the property of thewhole system, farming issue of corporate governance structure, organization of thesalary management of fundamental issues and puts forward some suggestions on theissue of compensation system design; Karamay branch, presented to the design basedon the strategic principle, incentive principle, fair principle, classificationmanagement principles; build salary system framework, component and structureincluding salary system; and finally by the direct compensation and indirectcompensation, according to senior management personnel and other employees, buildcross rank salary system Karamay City branch of the Agricultural Development Bank,and its implementation is discussed.
