Compensation Management is very important for Human Resource Management, which involves the vital interests of employees. It is very important to motivate staffs and retain the talent. Now the society competition is becoming increasingly fierce, the role of compensation management in Human Resource Management of the Banking has become more crucial. So many bank managers should profoundly realize the importance of compensation management, and fully understand the structure of compensation management and decision mechanism, buliting the reasonable and effective compensation management system with its own characteristics, so as to successfully attract and retain the talent, fully motivate talent advantage.Then the talent advantage will become one of the core competitiveness of the bank.The research contents of this thesis is desiging of the compensation management systemfor YB branch of Agricultural Development Bank of China. The author proposed research ideas, research methods, research framework to help bring forth new ideas of the compensation system of YB branch,ADBC. Firstly, the related concepts and theories are briefly described, the basic situation, current performance appraisal system, compensation management status are summarized, summed up the problems existing in the current compensation management. Then the author use the theories of economics and management science, sociology and other theories to deeply analysis the existence question of YB branch. The thesis propses explicitly the principles and framework of compensation system, and constructs the broadbanding compensation system of YB branch,ADBC. For the construction broadbanding compensation system, the thesis also puts forward to reform the performance appraisal system through the job analysis.The purpose of this paper is to through a series of research, design scientific and reasonable salary system for ADBC. On the one hand. It will help YB branch to motivate the staffs work enthusiasm.improve the organization efficiency and advance the agricultural issue of Yb branch, supporting the historical mission of the new rural construction and achieving efficientlly the target of the bank business. On the other hand, the issue of compensation management of YB branch,ADBC will provide a reference case to compensation system reform of other branch,ADBC and policy bank.
