As the largest number of bank employees in four state-owned banks in China,Agricultural Bank of China spent a lot of resources in the field of human resource management.Human resources management has become the key factors of the Agricultural Bank of China in business process.In the course of business,if not for the market and related data to allocate human resources,but only rely on the traditional concept of configuration will cause a lot of cost waste and the idle of human resources.Therefore,how to give full play to the role of human resource management has become the core issue of the Agricultural Bank of China.This paper first analyzes the current state-owned banks are facing by the financial environment,points out the background,contents and methods of research.Secondly,the paper arranges the research on the Human Resources of bank by the domestic and foreign scholars,defines the concept of the Human Resources Allocation in Bank and points out the related data the bank should pay attention in order to optimize the Human Resources.The third part introduces the the situation of Agricultural Bank XZ branch outlets.Through the analysis on the scale,position,human resources structure,business volume and customer flow data in XZ branch outlets,the paper points out three problems existing in the Human Resources Allocation on the XZ branch:the configuration is not balanced,the volume of business marketing not saturated,low efficiency.The paper also analyzes the causes of the problems.The fourth part accords four steps(propose design ideas and principles,relocate XZ branch outlets,design the position and allocates the Human Resource)to design the Human Resource Allocation optimization scheme.The forth part also analyzes the three aspects of personnel training,personnel training and cost allocation factors of program implementation process should be taken into account.The author hopes that through the study of Human Resource Allocation in the Agricultural Bank of China XZ branch outlets,state-owned banks may improve their Human Resources Allocation seriously.Only by constantly changing the Human Resources Allocation according to the market demand and the development of science and technology,the state-owned banks can gain a favorable position in the fierce competition in the financial industry.
