The Research On Production Service Industry And The Manufacturing Industry Fusion In Henan Province

Since the1970s,the proportion of the share of services in developed countries and regions in the overall economy has been on the rise,the world’s advanced manufacturing enterprises have carried out to provide a total solution service activities from simple production to clients in transition,the world has entered the era of the service economy.Producer services core role in the economic development of the service industry as more and more obvious,has become an important part of national economies.Value chain producer services more and more into all aspects of manufacturing production,the increasingly blurred boundaries between the two,the trend is increasingly apparent convergence.Thirty years of reform and opening up,economic development in Henan Province remarkable achievements,the province’s GDP in2012reached2.981014trillion yuan, ranking fifth in the country for six years in a row, has successfully transformed from a major agricultural province for industrial province.But the long-term accumulation of structural contradictions have yet to be resolved,the extensive pattern of economic growth needed to change,and the requirements of scientific development still lags far behind.From the three industries,the overall industry is the low end of the industry chain,high-tech industrial development is lagging behind,underweight services, agriculture,large-scale,low level of industrialization.From the resource environment,energy resources become increasingly scarce,land supply and demand continue to highlight,to further increase the pressure on the environment. Transformation of economic development is an effective way to solve this problem, producer services and manufacturing integration and development to optimize the industrial structure, coordinating relations between economic development and environmental resources,and accelerate economic restructuring,improve the quality of economic development.Producer services and manufacturing integration and development,on the one hand can play a productive service information,products, people, the role of capital flows as a channel to optimize the three industrial structure, to achieve "321" pattern; hand can interact producer services play a highly innovative, features a wide range of permeability, increase sales efficiency and depth of industry related degree,helping manufacturers to increase their knowledge,technical content,to overcome the constraints of resource elements to accelerate resource-saving and environment-friendly society promote economic restructuring.Based on the previous convergence combing summarized research on the production of services and manufacturing,and points out the significance and necessity of producer services and manufacturing integration and development in Henan Province,described the province Producer Services and Manufacturing mechanism of integration,based on relevant statistical data as well as the province and the country’s province of input-output tables,the data is processed and analyzed, summarized the status of the province of producer services and manufacturing integration and problems,mainly showed a lower degree of integration between the two, correlation with traditional manufacturing producer services and associated with a higher degree of modern producer services is low. This is mainly due to the lower level of the province’s manufacturing sector,resulting in lower demand for production-related services,the development of producer services in our province is also lagging behind,providing a supporting role to the development of the manufacturing sector is weak.Based on this,the province proposed to accelerate the production of services and manufacturing integration and development of policy recommendations:Government should improve relevant policies and systems,providing a favorable policy environment and investment environment for the development of producer services and manufacturing;manufacturing industrial transfer should seize the opportunity to accelerate industry promotion,enhance the independent innovation capability,and promote cluster development of producer services;according to the actual situation in the province,made the financial sector should focus on the development,technology services,information technology and modern logistics industry;strengthen human resource development in our province,and provide personnel support for the integration of the development of producer services and manufacturing.
