Research On The Integration Of Production Service Industry And Manufacturing Industry In Anhui

Since 1990 s, with the improvement of scientific and technological innovation ability and the relaxation of industry regulation, the phenomenon of the integration of industry began to emerge, including the integration of production services and manufacturing industry is the most representative, showing the integration of manufacturing services and services oriented manufacturing. The organic integration of production services and manufacturing is not only the trend of global industry, but also an important way for China to take a new road to industrialization. The fusion of the two can not only promote the rapid economic development, but also conducive to the promotion of regional competitiveness. At present, Anhui is in an important stage of industrial structure adjustment and upgrading, accelerate the development of the industry, promoting the effective integration of the two, the transformation of economic development mode in Anhui, and promoting industrial structure adjustment and upgrading in important.Based on the theory of industry integration, the paper studies the fusion problem of production service and manufacturing industry in Anhui. The paper is divided into five parts as follows:First of all, the definition of production services and manufacturing related concepts and extension, introduced the theory of industrial growth and industrial integration theory.Secondly, analyzes the development status quo of production services and manufacturing industry in Anhui, they also have many problems, such as the development of productive industry is not balanced, which seriously lags behind the developed regions, and the independent innovation ability of manufacturing industry is low, and the technology in limited, which restricts the development of two industries.Once again, estimates the level of integration of the production services and manufacturing in Anhui. Using the input-output table, combined with intermediate demand rate and intermediate input rate index, calculates the two industries as a whole and sub industry level fusion. The results show that the two industries is by the primary fusion to the advanced integration approach, dividing into inter industry fusion levels differ greatly.Then, the impacts of the integration of production services and manufacturing industry in Anhui are measured. Using principal component analysis to quantify the extents of the different influence factors. The results show that the industrial structure upgrade, technological innovation, market demand, Multi-National Corporation development, industry competition level and government regulation can affect the integration of the two industries, the impact of technological innovation is the most significant.Finally, the countermeasures and suggestions for promoting the integration of the service industry and the manufacturing industry in Anhui are put forward. Mainly to accelerate the development of production and manufacturing industry transformation and upgrading, promoting technological innovation an industrial integration and encourage the government to introduce polices to create a good environment for integration and development.
