Performance management is between managers and employees in setting goals and achieve their goalsby consensus, and strengthen the employees to achieve goals, promote employees to achieve goodperformance management process. Since the21st century, more and more enterprises realize thatperformance management for enterprise to obtain outstanding performance and an important role in thecompetitive advantage, but also by the implementation of the performance management of confusion andresistance. There is no doubt that the emerging based on strategic orientation of enterprise PerformanceManagement (Strategy--based Business Performance Management, SBPM) model based on the Strategy,focus on Performance, to systematically as well as the value of the employees of an organization orevaluation, and give rewards and punishments, become the bridge between Strategy formulation andStrategy implementation, become enterprise Strategy effective implementation and gradually achieve theladder.The early stage of the AC company as a state-owned holding listed companies, the main color displayglass shell, after the early and rapid growth become a banner of national enterprise brand, made greatcontributions to the state and society. Company production and sales scale after peak, such as liquid crystaldisplay technology advances and new product upgrading, the market gradually atrophic, results in steepdecline. For the company’s survival and sustainable development, the company began to make strategicadjustment and management innovation, in order to realize the industrial transformation. In order to ensurethe smooth implementation of the transformation, mobilize and arouse the enthusiasm of employees,through the combination of quantitative and qualitative methods, the research and implementation of aseries of strategic performance management innovation and efforts, boost its transformation successfully.This article from AC company improve business performance need to cut, combined with thecompany strategic planning and organization adjustment, comprehensive analysis of the current situation ofAC company management, the causes of problems in performance management, and improving measuresare discussed in this paper. First of all, this paper analyzes the AC company is currently in the performancemanagement problems, namely: performance management goal is not clear; Understanding of the essence of the performance management is not clear; Design is unscientific, unreasonable performance indicators;Enterprise internal control environment, performance management system, the lack of performancecommunication, performance coaching, and performance feedback, did not give full play to theperformance management role on the improvement and improve employee performance, etc. Aftercombining with AC company management present situation and strategic plan, put forward the suitable ACcompany strategic performance management system improvement strategy, finally form the conclusion andthe next research direction is put forward.
