In a society, urban-rural relations in the social development of countries is recognized as the core ofthe relationship. The Separation is a product of urban and rural social division of labor, and the integrationof urban and rural development is an ideal state of development of human society, but also to break thecritical path of long-established urban-rural split predicament. This paper selected selected urban-rural gapis large,urban-rural integration daunting task to study the scope of traditional agricultural areas,on the basisof theoretical analysis and historical analysis on the use of empirical analysis and knot theoryanalysis, integrated development of urban and rural areas indicators, dynamic mechanism, the integration oftraditional agricultural areas and rural development and the measures to promote the integration oftraditional agricultural areas and rural development proposals discussed system.Urban-rural relationship is the most important in a society of social relations, domestic andforeign scholars have done a lot of urban-rural relations theory, the main representatives of Adam Smith "natural order " theory, Marx’s " urban-rural integration theory", Lewis’ two element structural theory",etc. phase characteristics of our relationship to the urban-rural relations and China ’s urban and ruralareas generally tightly.Integration of urban and rural development is an ideal urban-rural relations, scholarsof urban-rural integration and promote urban-rural integration of new urbanization theory also done a lot ofresearch.Evolution of urban-rural relations mainly in four phases. The first stage is the relationshipbetween urban and rural areas before1949,the main stage of the evolution of China’s urban-rural relationsfollow the " natural order ";second stage is from1949to1978,the stage of implementation of the strategicpriority of heavy industry and urban development,urban-rural dual structure gradually formation; thirdstage is from1978to2003,in1978-1984,the focus of China’s reform in the countryside, the ruraldevelopment stage faster,urban-rural gap was narrowing trend; but1984,, the focus of reform from rural tourban, further widening the gap between urban and rural areas; fourth stage is the relationship betweenurban and rural areas since2003to2003at the Third Plenum of the Party put forward the " five balances"and the " urban and rural development " in the first place, our country rural development into the " village to the city to promote " a new phase, the State introduced a number of measures to support ruraldevelopment,urban-rural gap is shrinking relative, urban and rural development has been put on theagenda. The integration of urban and rural origins theory is Marx’s main "urban fusion " theory, but alsofuture generations of this theory with practice and perfect the rich, combined with previous studies, thispaper clearly the main characteristics of urban-rural integration requirements and sub-urban and rural areaseconomic integration,he integration of urban and rural life, urban and rural public services, integration andthe integration of environmental evaluation to establish four urban-rural integration. Propulsion integrationof urban and rural development mainly from endogenous and exogenous boost rural power from thecity, addition to government support and measures to play a coordinating role in promoting mutualpromotion of these three aspects together constitute promote the integration of urban and rural developmentthe dynamic mechanism.Evolution of the relationship between urban and rural areas of basic and traditional agriculturalcountry to follow the same trajectory. However, due to traditional agricultural areas more than in the inlandplains, economic underdevelopment, lack of capital accumulation, lower levels of the industrialstructure, urbanization heavier tasks, urban-rural dual structure and more modern conflicts, facing theintegration of urban and rural development many obstacles. Henan Province is a typical representative ofthe traditional agricultural areas, urban and rural integrated evaluation system established in this paper is toanalyze tool, select the relevant data for2003-2012and the national longitudinal analysis and comparisonof horizontal analysis, the integration of urban and rural areas of Henan Province Conclusion relativelyslow process, you need to seize the opportunity, overcome obstacles and accelerate the integration of urbanand rural development.Shows, causing the separation of urban and rural development is not only a factor of productivity andnatural and geographical conditions, the more the system is set up artificial barriers through historicalanalysis. So, to promote the integration of urban and rural development in traditional agricultural areas inthe process, we need to overcome not only the geographical space and narrow the gap between urban andrural areas of the barrier on the natural productivity on,you also need bold institutional innovation, promote the reform of the household registration system and the tax system, removal of artificial barriers to the system.
