The real estate industry has a large proportion in national economy ofChina, which makes a significant contribution to the economic developmentof China. Relevant statistics shows that nearly more than eighty percent ofthe real estate enterprise is small and medium-sized. Most of these arelocated in three or four line city of China. They are the main force of three orfour line city real estate development. But the development of real estateindustry in our country is not in balance, some problems are exposedgradually. Therefore, the government precede macroscopic guide for the realestate industry. Some people predict that the real estate industry willintroduce changes gradually, and the change will be focus on the small andmedium-sized enterprises. So, the development of small and medium realestate enterprise faces severe challenges and test, their survival will faceunprecedented threat. How to solve the problem? This paper takes the HuNan Yuan Jian Real Estate Corporation for the example.Firstly, the author introduced the achievements and theory of corporatestrategy in domestic and foreign research through literature reading method.Based on this, the author analyzes the environment of Hu Nan Yuan JianReal Estate Corporation. PEST method and “five competitive” model wereperformed to analyze macro-environment and industry environment. Internalenvironment is mainly including two aspects: enterprises resource analysisand enterprise capacity analysis. Then, SWOT method was performed toanalysis the development strategy of the company in recent years. Thecontent mainly includes strategic positioning, total strategy, strategicobjective, business strategy, functional strategy and strategy implementation. Finally, the author put forward some supporting measures to promote thecompany development strategy implementation.On the basis of analysis for the external environment, industryenvironment, internal environment, the author worked out the developmentstrategy of the company, which has a positive influence for thecompetitiveness of the enterprise. This study enriches the research contentsand broadens the scope of development strategy of county’s real estatecorporate. It can provide guidance for other county-level city real estatecorporation as well.
