In the network marketing2to3times of transition, a change in consumerbehavior, they gradually become active role from a passive role. In order to caterto this change, the network marketing emerge as the times require, its core isthrough search engines, social media sites to attract customers take the initiativeto find enterprise and product are provided, and then complete the new networkmarketing model of commodity trading. S company flow, adhere to the"customer demand as the center, to enhance the customer experience as the firstelement" marketing idea.The purpose of this study, on one hand, in order to further expand theapplication field of network marketing and practice cases, on the other hand,provides the network marketing a reference model for the small and mediumsized enterprises of science.The core research question is: first, S company how to use networkmarketing idea of building e-commerce platform. Second, S company is how toe-commerce website as a platform, to luxury goods as the main products,effective network marketing. Around these two issues, first understand the statusof domestic and international marketing network, and analyze the concept ofnetwork marketing and its theoretical basis; secondly investigation and analysisof marketing situation of S company, SWOT analysis of S company’s networkmarketing, obtains the best development strategy, and adopts the method ofsystem design, the electronic commerce platform S company B2C model basedon the idea of network marketing; thirdly, the key point of the thesis is the actualsituation of S company, mainly on the4C marketing theory to formulate thecorresponding effective network marketing strategies, including: the customerstrategy, cost strategy, convenience strategy and communication strategy andinnovative marketing strategy; finally, summarize the research the results, points out the problems that need further study, and put forward the prospects ofnetwork marketing strategy.In the Internet opportunity, S, give full play to their own advantage, e-business platform construction enterprise hub type using the Internet technology,and develop the network marketing strategy effectively, make consumers andbusinesses to obtain win-win, long-term development in the fierce competition inthe Internet market.
