Since the1980s, research on corporate culture and more attention. In particularincentive function unique corporate culture has become increasingly concerned aboutthe academic attention, also got the attention of many companies. In general, goodcorporate necessarily have excellent corporate culture Correspondingly, such as thecountry ’s Huawei, Haier, Alibaba. However, exactly how the incentive function ofcorporate culture to evaluate? How to improve a company’s corporate cultureincentive function? For these problems, few scholars have conducted a systematicstudy.This paper chose China Ocean Property Development Co.,Ltd as the object ofstudy, aimed at in-depth analysis and evaluation of China-based corporate cultureOcean Properties Limited incentive function, we propose to improve its corporateculture specific path incentive function. Firstly, on the basis of the relevant literatureand culture theory proposes a corporate culture encourage analytical framework forevaluating the function, and pointed out the specific dimensions of physical andcultural level, the level of institutional culture and spiritual culture level evaluation.Then, depending on the dimensions of the theoretical analysis provided by ChinaOcean Properties Limited internal staff survey, from the physical and cultural level,the institutional level, the cultural level and spiritual culture conducted a detailedanalysis and evaluation, and overall evaluation of the results obtained to: oceanRealty corporate culture has not yet formed a true cultural force, its internal talentincentive problems have not been fundamentally resolved, existing corporate cultureon the growth and development of staff and there is a certain lack of attention to thebrain drain and control issues.In the survey analysis and evaluation on the basis of the above, this paper fromthe physical and cultural level, the level of institutional culture and spiritual culturemade to improve the level of the existing corporate culture Ocean Realty specificpath.
