The further implement of China’s reform and opening-up policy and rapid growth of economy, bring great opportunities to the development of Chinese enterprises, especially to private enterprises. Private enterprises play a more and more important role in the development of national economy. They play an important role in increasing employments, raising taxes, creating wealth and serving the society. Private enterprises face not only opportunities but also fierce competition. The competition among enterprises is no longer confined to the traditional competition in material and financial resources. Corporate culture as the soft power, has become a key factor for an enterprise to keep advantage and help the development of private enterprises.Corporate culture is the soul of an enterprise, not only providing the inexhaustible power for enterprises’ development, but also affecting the direction of enterprises’ development in the future. For many outstanding enterprises at home and abroad, the corporate culture has played a positive role in promoting management of enterprise. At present, some private enterprises of China has a big gap with the mature modern enterprises abroad in the process of corporate culture, which can’t arise the initiative and enthusiasm of the employees. Some employees do not know the corporate values of their enterprise, let alone agree with it. The lack of enterprise culture and incentive mechanisms lead to the low identity of employees, so they leave their enterprises, and enterprise culture can’t play a role of carrying enterprise long-term development strategy.Taking a private enterprise----Liaocheng JY group as an example, the paper analyses the role-playing of enterprise culture and incentive mechanisms in enterprises, raises problems which restrict the role-playing of enterprise culture, puts forward some methods to solve those problems. By the research of specific enterprise case, the paper studies how to integrate the enterprise culture to the private enterprise’s incentive mechanisms, in order to providing specific and useful references on the role-playing of enterprise culture for private enterprises.
