| Corporate culture is the spiritual wealth of the enterprise,which is based on the behavior of the enterprise for a long time to form specification,ideals,values.Nowadays,Company attaches great importance to the construction of enterprise culture,however,confusion existed on how to build it and choosing appropriate personnel on enterprise culture’s construction.For this,some companies try actively in different levels,and the establishment of enterprise culture training division system provides a new thought.In the absence of competence model to guide the selection,training,it is difficult to build a sustainable development of enterprise culture training division team.This paper select Shenzhen state-owned enterprise as the research object,analyses its corporate culture training division competence management’s problems,and put forward the solution to improve competence.The result is not only contributing to the effective communication of enterprise culture,but also helping to provide some useful reference for enterprises of the same type.In this paper,the main work and conclusions are as follows:(1)Corporate culture training teacher competence model theory is based on the iceberg model.Corporate culture training division’s competency characteristics constitutes the iceberg of floating in the water.Above the surface of the tip part represents the dominant characteristics of the enterprise culture training division,and underwater iceberg is recessive competence.(2)Establishing Shenzhen corporate culture training teacher competency model is the core of studying enterprise culture training teacher competence promotion.The first step is to using the interview method and expert panel discussion method to analysis competency;The Second is based on the results of the two steps before to build enterprise culture training teacher competence model;The third step is to interpret competence model;Step 4 adopt questionnaire investigation to evaluate and validate the competence model.Through these four steps,this paper establish GD enterprise culture training teacher competence model.(3)The competence quality model is the basis of the selection plan optimization for the enterprise culture training division.In the process of selection scheme optimization,through the analysis of the candidate’s examples based on the competence quality model application in the selection decision,competence quality model quality and ability of the candidates,the difference can be accurate analysis,to provide effective theory and the selection decision based on facts.(4)The competence model is the basis of the corporate culture training teacher training scheme optimization.In the process of training scheme optimization,competence are analyzed first,and next are the entry-level,competent,good quality level.The gap was studied,and it is concluded that these three kinds of training needs of the enterprise culture training division are the guidance of enterprise culture training program and training methods. |
