Enterprise culture is the modern enterprise's strategic management ideas and management methods, are directly affect the enterprise core competitiveness of the key factors. Since the 1980 s, more and more companies started by consciously cultivate enterprise culture, in order to seeking through the forces of cultural enterprises from good to great and built to last. In recent years, with the European and American management theory as the guidance, the world top 500 enterprises practice as the benchmark, many of China's enterprises in the aspect of enterprise culture construction also conducted fruitful exploration and practice.
