ABSTRACT:Agricultural Development Bank is in the reform period, need to establish adapt to enterprise development strategy, and to achieve the strategic performance for the fundamental purpose of the promotion and management mechanism, and job performance appraisal has been proved to be an enterprise development strategy to adapt to, in order to implement the strategic goals and management focus, strengthen and enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises to target the most effective management tool, in order to unite and management goals of effective development of farming issue, must introduce the performance evaluation mode of management, therefore, performance evaluation can be said to be the realization of the route one must take the effective development of adbc. This paper mainly in HN Province branch business department as an example for studyThis research study in reference and foundation of modern performance management theory and methods, using interviews, surveys, expert consultation method, systematic analysis of existing performance management system of HN Province branch of the Agricultural Development Bank’s problems, and from the performance plan, performance implementation aspects and counseling, performance appraisal, application of performance results, performance improvement for the design of performance management system of sales department. In order to ensure that the new performance management system to be implemented smoothly, the author also proposed should pay attention to some implementation system of security and implementation process of the problems in agricultural issue HN branch of the business department of.
