Research On The Interaction Of Industry Between Cities

Along with the strengthening of international and domestic regional cooperation, and the promoting of the transfer of industry, the breadth and depth of the industrial connection between city is enhancing. Especially with the flow of resource elements and regional division of labor and cooperation in depth, cities in the same area become more closely, including different formations of industry interaction. Although the city gets development with industrial interaction, there is a big difference between cities in interaction effect. Some cities get a rapid development, other cities are in a passive position, the gap between cities become more and more large. This paper will research the factors which influence the result of the industrial interaction of cities and construct interactive mode more reasonable, and promote the coordinated development between cities.There are many researches on industrial interaction in academic circles, including the interaction between urban and rural areas, among different industries, and so on. But the research about the interaction between cities is relatively short. This paper will establish a model and use empirical method to analyze the impact factors of industrial interaction, and then promote the development of theoretical research.This paper will summarize the related literature and theory about industrial interaction, then analyze the interactive patterns of different types of industry and the industry interaction mechanism. Further, the paper will use Sichuan province as an example to measure the influencing factors with the method of quantity and then provide policy suggestions to promote the city to get more opportunity in the industrial interaction.The structure of the paper mainly includes:The first chapter:introduction. This chapter will introduce the back ground/purpose/contents and framework/methods and innovations of the research. The second chapter:literature review. This is the foundation of the paper. This chapter will define the concept and characteristics of interaction/industrial interaction/industrial interaction between cities and so on, then introduce the basic theory of the search, including the theory of interdependence, theory of division of labor, industrial chain theory, the theory of geographical economics etc, and then summarize the relevant studies and industrial interaction model, the basic conditions and the influence factors.The third chapter:the mode and mechanism of industrial interaction between cities. This chapter will analyze the different modes of the interaction from the perspective of development standard and interactive content, then analyze the factors of industry interaction mechanism from the perspective of driver/pull factors/obstacles and push factors.The fourth chapter:the empirical analysis of the industrial interaction between cities as a case in Sichuan province. First, this chapter will construct a model according to the content. Second, introduce the sources of date. Last, regress the data. Use stata12.0to carry on the unit root test/Hausman test and data regression.The fifth chapter:conclusion and policy suggestion. According to the theoretical and empirical research, this chapter will make an conclusion of this study and make some suggestions to improve the effect of industrial interaction. Finally, introduce the lack of research and future research direction.The possible innovations of this paper mainly include:1. The analysis of industrial interaction model. This chapter will analyze the different modes of the interaction from the perspective of development standard and interactive content, classify the industrial interaction into the same level city and different level city according to the subject, classify the industrial interaction into intra and inter industrial interaction according to the content.2. Analysis of the Industrial Interaction mechanism. This paper will research the impact factors of the industrial interaction, including the level of economic development/resource price/infrastructure/education level/health care/scientific research level/distance etc, and analysis the effects of interaction according to the dynamic mechanism. 3. The empirical analysis of the industrial interaction. This paper will construct the measurement model in the example of Sichuan province to analysis the effect of industrial interaction.As the literature review of industrial interaction between cities is relatively small, the reference literature is limited, there are some defects in the analysis of the interactive pattern of industrial interaction and the analysis of industrial interaction mechanism. It needs more efforts to intensive study.
