:The peasants’ income issue is the basic starting point and destination of new rural construction and agricultural modernization. Since1998, although the rural residents’ income in Anhui Province has been greatly improved, it is still far below urban residents’ income, and farther from the goal of a comprehensive well-off society.Based on previous researches, this paper studies the rural residents’ income systematically and deeply in Anhui Province from1998to2011through different regional differences evaluation methods firstly. Secondly, this paper analyses influencing factors of rural residents’ income in Anhui Province by model. And then, using ARIMA model predict regional gap’s future trend of rural residents’ income in Anhui Province. Finally, this paper clearly raises some coordinated countermeasures of rural regional income. The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:Firstly, rural residents’ income in Anhui Province continued to grow, but its growth rate is much lower than urban residents’ income, and the gap is growing between the two. On income composition analysis find that family business income is the largest source; Salary income is the second; metastatic and property income have only a small share.Secondly, the two levels’ absolute difference of rural residents’ income have expanded every year, relative difference is fluctuant rise early and smooth narrowing lately.Whether three regions or16cities, farmers’ income gap shows Williamson inverted "U" shaped curves. For the farmers’ income of two levels, theil index decomposition finds inter-regional gap is the main factors of general difference; Gini coefficient decomposition shows economic factors are slightly higher than demographic factors. Rural residents’ income of16cities doesn’t exist a convergence as a whole, the three regions shows periodic feature; and farmers’ income doesn’t show absolute (3convergence, significant conditional (3convergence and club convergence. Thirdly, the Gini coefficient of the rural residents’ income of two levels in Anhui Province has a narrowing trend.Fourthly, this paper analyses influencing factors of rural residents’ income of Anhui Province and finds it doesn’t exist significant linear relationship between rural population growth rate and farmers’ income of Anhui Province; government fiscal expenditure on agriculture, township enterprises’development level, rural per capita education years, agriculture technical level, urbanization level, rural medical level and agricultural price index positively correlate to farmers’ income; rural financial development level, the number of rural grassroots organizations and agricultural output have a negative influence on farmers’ income.Fifthly, appropriate suggestions based on the preceding analysis results are as follows:adjust financial expenditure structure for rural; standardize and guide rural financial development; accelerate the development of township enterprises; improve the quality of rural labor; improve the rural grassroots organizations; accelerate the rural redundant labor transfer; optimize rural industrial structure and adjust administrative divisions.
