Research Of The Evaluation And Selection Of Supplier Under Green Supply Chain

Abstract:In the traditional supply chain management, corporate’s goal is to maximize their own economic interests. However, as time changes, companies in their own development, increase their awareness of environment. Then environmental issues have become increasingly important, and environmental protection has become the industries’focus. In the context of economic developing and environment protection, the balance among economic、environment and social benefits have been a serious problem that need us to pay attention.Choosing the right supply chain partners is a very important procedure in green supply chain, especially selecting suppliers that can support the sustainable development strategy. We study the core industry in manufacturing supply chain and the material suppliers which are directly associating with the manufactures. And we focus on evaluation and selection problems of the vendor under green supply chain management. According to the connotation of green supply chain management, this paper not only study how to establish a multi-level economic indicators from the perspective of how to increase the competitiveness of enterprises, and incorporate some green environmental indicators, which can solve the deficiencies that exist in the traditional supplier evaluation system. And considering the situation that the indicators may exist relationship in reality, this study chooses DEMATEL and ANP methods to build a network among indicators in order to handle the relationship among indicators more scientifically. At last, this article based on the undetermined demand use fuzzy multi-objective programming (FMOP) evaluation method to comprehensively evaluate the supplier and choose the best supplier.Generally speaking, aimed at the supplier evaluation and choosing under the environment of green supply, this research build a green supplier evaluation and choosing decision support system based on D-ANP and FMOP, which provide the company some practical guidance to achieve balance among the corporate economicn environmental and social.
