With the deterioration of the ecological and natural environment and the growing desire for green safety products of the whole nation,more and more enterprises have come to realize that it is extremely necessary to implement green management of the whole supply chain.The supplier is at the beginning of all links in the whole supply chain.Because of the bullwhip effect,its behavior in resource saving and environmental protection can directly affect the downstream links along with the transmission of the supply chain,thus affecting the overall green degree and resource utilization efficiency of the supply chain.Therefore,it is very important for enterprises to select suppliers with good environmental protection performance.However,due to the short development of green supply chain management in China,no matter in the field of manufacturing application or theoretical research,there is no mature and practical model for effective evaluation of green suppliers.Therefore,this paper carries out the research topic of fuzzy evaluation of suppliers under the environment of green supply chain management.This paper focuses on the following three aspects:(1)Guided by the theory and practice of green supply chain management,this paper constructs the green supplier evaluation index,and collates the quality,cost,service,development ability,cooperation stability,environmental protection level of environmental considerations and other indicators.Among them,the green index of environmental protection level is a comprehensive index which considers energy consumption,resource recovery and utilization,green image,ecological design,environmental management system and other dimensions,making the index system more flexible and applicable.(2)In the construction of green supplier fuzzy evaluation model,the factor of hesitation is introduced to optimize the traditional intuitionistic fuzzy set,and the distance formula of improved intuitionistic fuzzy set based on hesitation is constructed.The weight of the index is determined by the improved entropy weight method considering hesitation.In addition,this paper combines grey relational analysis method with TOPSIS method to rank green suppliers,which has certain innovation and novelty.It makes up for the shortage of TOPSIS method which can not reflect the numerical relationship among the factors in the scheme,and makes the ranking of suppliers more scientific and reasonable.(3)Case study is carried out,and sensitivity analysis of index weight is carried out,which verifies the stability and applicability of the model constructed in this paper from a more scientific point of view. |
