The municipal services engineering construction is of the importance tothe city development. In the last year, due to the using of engineering projectmanagement model, the city infrastructure condition of our country had avery great improvement. There are many kinds of management models inengineering project management. And different management models aresuitable for different situations. This paper analyze the municipalengineering project management model of the Zicheng Corporation andprovide suggestions for the appropriate choice of engineering projectmanagement models. To begin with, this paper analyzes six different management models, providing a theoretical basis for the selection of engineering projectmanagement patterns in the Zicheng Corporation. Among the sixmanagement models,EPC is the most suitable pattern for the ZichengCorporation. In the fourth chapter, we use the Modified Delphi (MD) methodto establish the evaluation index system of engineering project managementpattern and use the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method to calculatethe weight of each evaluation index. Then, we evaluate EPC and DBBmanagement patterns, two alternative management models of the QF roadproject, to prove that EPC management model is the most suitable pattern forthe Zicheng Corporation. Prevention and control of project risk is animportant factor in the successful operation of the project. In the fifth chapter,we will study this issue. There may are a number of risks in the ZichengCorporation’s projects. We establish some certain databases to prevent andcontrol these various risks. In the sixth chapter, we make a conclusion forthis paper, and point out the direction of future research for this paper.
