With the advent of the mobile Internet era,and the growing popularity of smart communication devices,The way for people to get the tourism products and services have appeared in the fundamental shift.Tourism APP has become the important channel for the user to obtain tourism products and services,relies on its convenience and close to the tourism activities.More and more tourists come to use the tourism APP to arrange travel itinerary and take tourism activities.Of course,tourism APP has brought great convenience to tourists,also has brought the good development opportunities for tourism enterprises.But In the case of rapid development,there have been some problems need to be solved,for example,product information is not in conformity with the reality,mobile payment is not safe,complaint handling is not timely and so on,and all these problems seriously affect the user experience satisfaction.So,How to provide high-quality user experience and improve user satisfaction is the important direction of tourism APP in the future.This paper is based on the user experience,and looking back the domestic and overseas research,analyzing the mobile travel market situation,employs the quantitative approach and qualitative approach.Then select the impact index of the tourism APP user experience and constructs the satisfaction model.Through the questionnaire survey to collect the relevant data for empirical research,and using the Structural Equation Modeling,Importance Performance Analysis and other research methods to modify the model.According to the results,we analyze the problems and put out some suggestions.The main contents are as follows:First,we selected the evaluation factors of the tourism APP user experience and deter five important factors.including the product information experience,the Interaction services experience,the Security experience,the performance experience and the Mobile situation experience.Second,the paper constructs the user experience satisfaction model of the tourism APP.According to the results of factor analysis,33 evaluation indexes of tourism APP user experience were selected.Third,according the evaluation model,we use the IPA to analyze the importance and satisfaction of the tourism APP use experience.Through the distribution of the indicators,the paper analyzed the relationship between the importance and satisfaction of the user experience index.Forth,according to the empirical study conclusions,the paper put forward some strategies and suggestions about how to improve the degree of satisfaction.From the results of the empirical study,we can see that the development prospect of China's tourism APP is huge,but there are still a lot of problems to improve the user experience,the quality promotion of tourism APP is a long-term and comprehensive process,it requires cooperation in related fields.In this study,all factors affecting users to acquire the tourism APP user experience are studied and enrich the research contents of tourism APP user experience satisfaction and put forward related suggestions for the development of mobile travel market.
