In recent years, with the prosperity and development of China’s economy, thehotel industry also ushered in the rapid growth of spring. High star hotel rapidstrength, the economy hotel springs up everywhere, what adapts with it is to thehuman resources demand suddenly growth, but the labor force price rises unceasingly,which has brought certain difficulty to the recruitment of the hotel industry. In thiscase, it is important for high star hotels, which ensure the quality service for staff whohave good qualities and skills, to retain existing operating skilled staff to maintain thestability of staff team. However, the reality for the high star hotels are staff oflarge-scale turnover, the junior staff who is the basic force of hotel is the loss of staff"heavy disaster area", which direct threat to the healthy development of the hotel.Therefore, in order to alleviate this situation, how to reduce the employee turnoverintention at the junior staff become the problem of high star hotels urgently need tosolve.This study take several high star hotels of Changsha area as research object, andselects the perspective of "perceived organizational support", to study the turnoverintention of the junior staff of high star hotel in Changsha. On the basis of reviewingrelevant literatures and understanding research status, has formed the research idea ofthis paper, established the research model, and put forward four research assumptions,And on the basis of the relevant research results from the domestic scholars havedesigned a questionnaire in this paper, obtained first-hand research data throughon-the-spot investigation and the form of electronic questionnaires, verified furtherthe hypothesis by using data processing software for data analysis, Obtained thisarticle research conclusion, finally put forward to related countermeasures of reducinghotel staff turnover intention. Through this a series of processes, there have followingresults: high star hotel junior staff of demographic factors is of certain influence to theturnover intention; The work support, employee value identity and care benefitconcerned about the employee’s perceived organizational support at the hotel juniorstaff was significantly positive correlation, but the close degree is inconsistent; Threedimensions perceived organizational support and the turnover intention of hotel juniorstaff was significantly negative correlation, but the perceived organizational supportand its three dimensional variables do not agree with the close degree of turnover intention; Perceived organizational support and its various dimensions of the turnoverintention of hotel junior staff has certain prediction effect.Accordingly, this paper argues that high star hotels should adjusting the agestructure, Absorbing highly educated workers, to improve perceived organizationalsupport; Broadening the promotion channels, pay attention to training and learning,promoting the professional development of staff; Pay attention to emotionalcommunication, alleviating the pressure of the interpersonal, focusing on theemployee’s living conditions; Concerned about employee benefits, Strengtheningcompensation management, pay attention to emotional factors, these four aspects toreduce the turnover intention of the junior staff of high star hotel in Changsha.
