At present, the construction of Inner Mongolia electric power groupcompany directly under the power supply enterprise to realize the strong power grid,clean power, cultural power grid\"of the company development strategy goal, underthe unified deployment of the company, are vigorously promoting power gridconstruction, vigorously promotes the safety in production operation, deepeninginternal reforms, improve management level and the enterprise culture constructionactivities.In recent years, the group company directly under the power supply enterprise,with emphasis on the production and business operation, power grid construction,performance appraisal, in order to promote the enterprise each work has played agood role in promoting. But the existing appraisal system there are oriented inaccordance with the company strategy cannot be accurately, index system is notenough comprehensive science, and evaluation methods are too simple. In order toplay a better assessment of guiding role, must improve the existing evaluation system,shift from mainly on performance appraisal for the scientific evaluation of operatingefficiency.In this paper, first of all, to clarify the similarities and differences of the conceptof enterprise performance and operating efficiency, and expounds the related theory oftube of operational effectiveness and evaluation methods; On the analysis in recentyears in Inner Mongolia electric power supply enterprises directly under the operatingefficiency of the status quo, on the basis of combining group company directly underthe relevant requirements and a power supply enterprise actual situation, reflect theoperating efficiency of the index system is constructed, and a detailed explanation ofindex; With the improved AHP method (GI) indicators for the empowerment; Andselected as the evaluation method, grey correlation model in Inner Mongolia electricpower supply enterprises directly under nine related data for the implementation ofthe performance evaluation. And the results are analyzed. Verified by empirical, this paper builds the performance evaluation system and method of the scientific andapplicability.
