The Study Of Interest Coordination Mechanism In Removing Of Shantytown

With the rapid development of economy in our country, and people’s standard of livinghas been improved, but a part of people’s housing problem is badly need of solving, this isnot only about city image, but also has a high relationship with people vital interests, andtheir “Dignity of Live”. This paper use shantytown as subject of research, researching themechanism of communication. Meanwhile, This paper as an example of CaojiaxiangJinniu District Chengdu City, discuss how to communicate between public sector andnon-public sector, and try to find a universal way of communication in shantytownrenovation. This paper has seven parts, the first is the introduction, and introduce theOverseas and Domestic Research Status, and the domestic part introduce the laws andproblems. And because the shantytown renovation in overseas is happening with CityRenovation, so the overseas part is about City Renovation：Occident Developed Countryand some developing country.In Occident Developed Country part is major about thehistory of City Renovation and the concept of it. In developing country, introduce thepractices of Indonesia Philippines Pakistan. The second part introduces the example ofCaojiaxiang. The third and forth parts introduce the variety of interests and thecommunication between public interest and private interest. This two parts are aboutinterests, analyzing interests of three parts, including Government、developers、andresidents, and also analyzing why the take part in renovation. And also introducing thesethree how to communicate, and how to Game. The fifth part introduces the models ofcommunication, including public monopolize, private apartment monopolize, publiccooperate with private apartment, public cooperate with residents, and the three parts alltake part in. The sixth part introduces the problem of communication between public andprivate. The problem includes the communication agent, channel, and the process,disequilibrium and so on. And the roles of government are providing public service andinterests, protecting interests of vulnerable group, supervising unreasonable and illegalphenomenon, coordinating contradiction. The seventh part gives some useful experiencewith Caojiaxiang practice，give appropriate mechanism communicate, and is also theconclusion part of this paper.
