Research On Problems And Countermeasures Of Shantytown Reconstruction In Zhuanghe City

The transformation and construction of shanty towns,through the overall transformation of the community,so that the urban landscape can be improved,the quality of residential residents can be improved,the government management is more convenient.Under the background of vigorously promoting the transformation of shantytowns in order to realize the balanced coordination between the old and new urban areas and satisfy the people's yearning for a better life in shantytowns,this paper analyzes the contents of the transformation of shantytowns in urban villages in Zhuanghe City from 2017 to 2018,the contents of the transformation of shantytowns in urban villages in Zhuanghe City from 2017 to 2018,and the shantytowns in urban villages in Zhuanghe City from 2017 to 2018.In the end,the paper puts forward some suggestions on the improvement of Zhuanghe shanty towns in the future.Through the study of this paper,the following conclusions are drawn: First of all,most of the houses in the shanty areas of the villages in the city of Zhuanghe were built in the 1970 s and 1980 s.Due to the historical and economic constraints at that time,most of these houses belong to simple brick-concrete structures,with high building density,low volume ratio,and mixed residential and industrial projects.The infrastructure is not well matched,and the population is relatively concentrated.There are many hidden dangers such as fire and traffic.In this regard,the leadership of Zhuanghe shantytown transformation has attached great importance to and achieved positive results,Zhuanghe shantytown transformation has initially formulated the next round of transformation plan;in this process,the transformation of Zhuanghe shantytown has fully strengthened the government's public service function construction and obtained the approval and participation of the masses.Secondly,although the transformation of Zhuanghe shantytowns has made some achievements,there are still some problems,such as the difficulty of housing expropriation,the slow speed of relocation,the single source of funds,the large gap of funds,the lagging construction of relocation resettlement areas,the imperfection of public supporting services and so on.Finally,based on the problems existing in the transformation of shantytowns in Zhuanghe and the reasons for the problems existing in the transformation of shantytowns in Zhuanghe,combined with the basic planning and requirements for the transformation of shantytowns in Zhuanghe in the future,the transformation of shantytowns in Zhuanghe should be improved from the following aspects: First,through cognitive transformation and experience for reference,the transformation of shantytowns should be made clear.Important strategic value;Second,market demand-oriented,improve the scientific and systematic transformation plan;Third,strengthen investment budget management,improve the efficiency and efficiency of shantytown transformation;Fourth,fifth,strengthen publicity and services,properly resettle demolition residents.
