A Study On The Member’s Trust Effects On Income Performance Of Farmer Cooperatives

With the deepening of the marketization and internationalization of China’s agriculture, peasant household of decentralized operation the contradiction between small-scale production and socialized production has become increasingly acute. Under this background, the farmers’ professional co-operatives become an important institutional arrangements reducing the contradiction of the rural economy in our country. There is no doubt that increase their income is the main purpose of the farmers to join the cooperatives. However, the farmers’ professional co-operatives is in the preliminary stage in our country, the internal loose, acquaintances "circle" characteristic determines the cooperatives in the acquisition and integration of external support and resources have a certain external disadvantage, making cooperative overall revenue performance needs to be improved. The member’s trust in the farmers’ professional cooperatives to obtain government funding and technical support, strengthen the cooperative aspects such as internal cohesion plays an important role. But how cooperative trust affects the performance of cooperatives’ income, what are the key factors that affect income performance, such problems as how to influence degree and direction, remains to be further investigation.This paper constructs the study cooperative trust influences the performance of cooperatives’ income theory analysis framework, and through the sample survey data of253members of hunan province, using the multivariate regression model to investigate the cooperative members to farmers trust, trust in government, members of trust and trust between members of the cooperative effect on the performance of cooperatives’ income.Through the empirical study found that:(1) cooperative income performance there is a close relationship between trust and cooperative, member’s trust is the important factor affecting the development of cooperatives.(2) the trust of the members of cooperatives played a very key role in its income performance;(3) members of the government’s confidence and trust between farmers general impact on the performance of cooperatives’ income. According to the research conclusion, from the perspective of the government, the cooperative also puts forward several Suggestions on enhancing farmers’professional cooperative trust, promote the development of farmers’ professional co-operatives, nice and fast.
