With the continuous development of enterprises in recent decades has grown up,the introduction of information technology companies are also creasing with the useof information technology which has an important impact on organizationaldevelopment and changes, such as the use of information technology enablesorganizations over the last independent operating divisions, business units connectedinto an overall enterprise business process systems; using information technologyallows businesses have to consider the adaptability of the enterprise organizationalchange and development, so that development of informatio n technology has alsobecome key factor of the organizational design. The application of organizationaldevelopment and information technology companies have to adapt to each other,Based on this perception, the paper analyzes the relationship between informationtechnology and business organizations, and trying to establish evaluation indexsystem of enterprise information based on organization. The paper is divided into fourmain sections:The first part describes the background and significance of the development ofenterprises in the new situation, the use of information technology allows businessesneed to consider the adaptability of development and introduction of informationtechnology in organizations. The introduction of information technology can promotethe development of the organization effectively, and it can makes the appropriatechanges so many in the organization so that enterprises can more fully exploitinformation technology. Information technology enhance the quality of enterprisedevelopment of endogenous motivation, and also cause tissue changes link.Therefore, the development of corporate research organizations have a very importantcontext for information technology.The second part of the theory papers reviewed, including the information contentand information studies abroad dynamic, dynamic domestic and international researchorganizations and information related theories. Through the analysis of scholars’research results can be seen in the study of information technology on the impact oforganizational processes, people usually analysis somewhat one-sided from aparticular point of view on certain factors. I advocate a comprehensive analys is ofmultiple factors and divide into specific organizational structure, organizationalvitality, organizational environment, organizational size, while the changes inenterprise information and business organizations to combine enterprise informationorganization established under the evaluation system will be more practical to exploreguidance.The third part is the information on the organization ’s analysis of the factorsaffecting the organizational structure is divided into levels of management,organizational flattening, the highest political level, the organizational vitality intothe organization ’s ability to innovate, the spirit of cooperation, incentives, ability tocommunicate with the outside world etc., will be organized into tissue environmenttask environment, the reaction rate organization, and other business alliances, the size of the organization into the impact of information technology on the physical sizeof the organization and the impact of virtual scale. And further refinement of eachinfluencing factors and specific indicators as evaluation factors to explain.The fourth part is the construction of enterprise information evaluation systemfor organizational impact through evaluation summary of various scholars, whichreferences associated with information technology evaluation, and combine enterpriseinformation herein evaluation factors on the organization, to build normalizationEvaluation Index System impact on the organization. Combined with the variousevaluation methods of enterprise information presented herein AHP application, andspecific cases companies use evaluation system for analysis, evaluation methodvalidation. Finally, it sums up this article.
