Study On The Development Of Land Potts Logistics Agglomeration Areas In Inner Mongolia

With the rapid development of economic globalization and the opening up ofChina, plays a more and more important role in the port of the national and regionaleconomic development and foreign trade. The port logistics industry cluster districtoverall improvement will promote regional economic development, enhance theradiation function of port area and agglomeration effects, improve port regionalcompetitiveness in economic development. Inner Mongolia port development isrelated to the overall economic and social development, research of Inner Mongoliaport logistics cluster has an important role for the development of the logisticsindustry in Inner Mongolia, and promote economic development.This paper summarizes the domestic and foreign scholars and the InnerMongolia Autonomous Region port and city on investigation, systematic study on theInner Mongolia Autonomous Region port logistics cluster. This paper is divided intofour parts: the first part of port logistics gathering zone concept definition andtheoretical basis; second part for Inner Mongolia port logistics cluster developmentpresent situation analysis. Analysis of Inner Mongolia port logistics clusterdevelopment situation, existing problems and the location quotient, calculateagglomeration degree of logistics industry in Inner Mongolia port logistics cluster, theresult shows that, Inner Mongolia inland port logistics cluster has cluster, but to keepup with the sea logistics compared with the rapid development of the region,agglomeration degree below these areas. The third part estimates the real situation ofInner Mongolia port logistics cluster agglomeration effect with the Cobb Douglasfunction, and on this basis, analysis of industry types, traffic conditions, marketdemand, supporting infrastructure, human resources and government policies andother factors are the impact of Inner Mongolia port logistics cluster main factor of thelogistics industry agglomeration.Finally, in the fourth part, according to the above theoretical and empiricalanalysis, and puts forward some suggestions for development of Inner Mongolia portlogistics gathering zone, mainly from the development of two major in logistics,policy environment, transportation network, cultivate logistics talents, promote theoptimization and upgrade the industrial structure, implementation of Inner Mongoliaport logistics multi-level, all-round stereo type, strategic layout, cluster developmentto provide certain theoretical basis and reference for the Inner Mongolia port logistics.
