Since the1990s, the size of the transfer of rural labor force continued to increase and the speed was accelerating, which met a lot of demand for labor of the stage for economic growth and made great contribution to economic growth.Anhui Province, the middle of the famous big agricultural province, is located in central China and full of abundant rural labor resources. Every year a large number of rural laborers from Anhui Province transfer out. Studying the transfer of rural labor in Anhui Province on the rural economy is meaningful, which on the one hand could better analyze changes in economic structure in rural areas in Anhui Province, on the other hand could also reflect the current status quo of the labor-exporting province transfer of rural labor, with a strong practical significance.The paper is divided into five parts:the first part of the Introduction introduces the background, values and the innovation of this paper; the second part is the theoretical description and literature review section, which describes the important theories on the transfer of rural labors and reviews domestic research for the labor transfer on the impact of the rural economy; the third part is the status quo description, specifically from the transfer of labor force by educational attainment, employment and industry, which combined with the data of the Statistical Yearbook of Anhui Province to make specific description.
