The problem of agriculture,rural areas and farmers has always been an important issue affecting China's economic and social development.In October 2017,general secretary xi jinping stressed in the 19 th CPC national congress that to solve the problems of agriculture,rural areas and farmers,we must vigorously implement the rural revitalization strategy.In the strategy implementation of the revitalization of the rural migrant workers groups play an irreplaceable decisive role in the process,the migrant workers return home entrepreneurship is not only brought the advanced ideas and technology to the countryside,lead to the development of local rural economy,but also for the construction of socialism new countryside and the modernization of agriculture is of great importance.In recent years,although the state and local government adopted the policy measures and actively encourage migrant workers return home entrepreneurship to make farmers rich,better employment situation,agricultural development and new rural construction,the number of migrant workers return home entrepreneurship has a degree of improvement,but for more migrant workers,they return the entrepreneurial intention is not strong.The intention choice of migrant workers is the key variable to decide whether or not to start a business and how to start a business.Therefore,it is necessary to deeply discuss and analyze the factors influencing migrant workers' intention to return home and put forward relevant Suggestions.While luzhou is one of the main cities of sichuan province labor output,is still facing the problem of migrant workers return home entrepreneurship intention is not strong,therefore,this article will do in chengdu in 445 luzhou cadastral peasant workers' field investigation,based on the data of migrant workers return home entrepreneurship intention factors system of empirical analysis and inspection,in order to provide a reference for the government,and other areas while luzhou meaningful policy Suggestions.In order to explore the influence factors of the migrant workers return home entrepreneurship intention,this article first to the migrant workers return home entrepreneurship,summarized the related research and summary,and the clear definition of the concept such as migrant workers,and then to maslow's demand theory,push-pull theory,dual economic theory,and migration of the new economic theory such as classical theory as the theoretical research of this article;Secondly,this paper makes a detailed statistical analysis of the basic structure of migrant workers based on the data obtained from the questionnaire,and has a preliminary understanding and understanding of the intention of migrant workers to return home to start their own business and the industry and type of their intention to start their own business.Finally,this paper conducts an in-depth empirical test and analysis on the migrant workers' intention to return home from the two aspects of macro cognition and micro factors,so as to deeply understand and discuss various factors influencing the migrant workers' intention to return home.After doing the above work,this paper finds the following results :(1)migrant workers' intention to return home to start their own businesses is not strong,which should be paid great attention to and actively mobilize the initiative of migrant workers to return home to start their own businesses;(2)macroscopic cognitive factors such as per capita income level,residents' consumption capacity,market prospect,relevant government service-oriented policies and micro factors such as migrant workers' autonomy and income can have significant and profound influence on migrant workers' returning home to start their own business.Based on the above results,this paper puts forward the following specific policy recommendations :(1)local governments should strengthen the publicity and publicity of information related to returning home and starting a business,improve government service policies,such as providing various services for migrant workers to start a business,providing regular training for migrant workers to start a business,and providing additional government policy support;(2)improve rural financial service system,actively guide financial institutions to enter rural areas,and attract private financial institutions to try their best to solve the problem of rural migrant workers' start-up capital.
