China State Grid Corp is involved in a large state-owned enterprise benefi cial to the people's livelihood. In recent years, due to power grid company for mal staff and the lack of human resources cost constraints, power grid enterpri ses in the form of labor dispatch from the labor dispatch company to recruit s taff. After years of exploration and practice, labor dispatch has become an imp ortant way to the company's production labor, for enterprises to reduce labor c osts, improve the efficiency of human resources has played a positive role. Bu t because of the different forms of employment, labor dispatch employees and employees in the aspects of status, salary and welfare, occupation development has the obvious difference, cause the dispatched employees of enterprises lack of identity and belonging, the dispatched employee job satisfaction is relativel y low, which to some extent on the unity and cooperation among employees h ave a certain negative effect. Therefore, analysis of the job satisfaction, build a harmonious labor relation, is related to the safety of power grid enterprises, team stability and sustained and healthy development of the important factors.In this thesis, Fujian electric power company subsidiary Y company as an example, the distribution in various positions in a total of 206 power grid ent erprises the dispatched employee job satisfaction questionnaire survey. Using I BM SPSS Statistics 20 statistical software for data entry and analysis, and the reliability and validity analysis, factor analysis, statistical analysis, summary, a rrangement and analysis of the relevant data. The results showed that: ? Y c ompany dispatched employee job satisfaction levels are generally low, especiall y in the lowest satisfaction compensation and welfare treatment and the occupa tion development, reaction Y dispatched employees in these two aspects of str ong dissatisfaction and demands. ? The labor dispatch employees because of in dividual differences, job satisfaction also differ from man to man, exhibits diff erent forms. ? There is a positive relationship between labor and power grid e nterprises dispatched employee job satisfaction in four factors--the work itself, working environment, interpersonal relationship, organization recognition and j ob satisfaction. According to the empirical research conclusion, combined with previous research results, this paper suggests from the construction of stable la bor relations, setting position system, do a good job occupation career manage ment, construction of five aspects of pay and benefits system, build a harmoni ous corporate culture to enhance power grid enterprises the dispatched employe e job satisfaction.This thesis aims at the investigation of the power grid enterprise takes the Y company as the representative of the dispatched employee job satisfaction, a correct understanding of the labor dispatching problems, analyzes the causes of the problems, combined with the actual situation of power grid enterprise, t he use of scientific human resources management and effective management to ols, to develop specific, standardized, operational employment encouragement a nd management measures, in order to improve the power grid enterprises the d ispatched employee job satisfaction, the construction of labor employment relati onship harmony, promote the sustainable and healthy development of the powe r grid enterprises, power enterprises, labor dispatching organization and labor d ispatch employees three square win-win.
