With the increasing of China’s sustained economic development and people’s living standards, China’s automobile consumption market rapidly expands, which led to the boom of the Chinese automotive logistics industry. In order to promote the logistics needs of China’s automobile industry development to social, professional direction, this paper focuses on analysis of the factors that affect the development of the automobile low-carbon logistics, and the use of interpretative structural modeling to rationalize the hierarchical relationship between the various affecting factors, building automobile low-carbon logistics interpretative structural modeling. Moreover, automobile low-carbon logistics development strategy is proposed.In this paper, the following three aspects are studied.(1) The article studies the factors that affect the development of the automobile low-carbon logistics, sums up the13primary and most significant factors, and makes the exposition for each affecting factors.(2) It is important to sort out automobile low-carbon logistics hierarchical relationships between factors of China’s automobile low-carbon logistics. In this paper, the interaction between each factor is analyzed and interpretative structural modeling of automobile low-carbon logistics is built. Moreover, this paper concludes that there are seven main factors affect the development of the automobile low-carbon logistics.(3) This paper analyses driving force and the dependence of the affecting factors of automobile industry low-carbon logistics by Matrixed’Impacts Crosses-Multiplication Appliance Classment, and clear the importance of each factor. This paper also analyzes and studies the path of the affecting factors of automobile industry low-carbon logistics, and proposes the suggestions of the automobile low-carbon logistics development.
