ABSTRACT:Combining a classic case of enterprise IT projects, covers the project management issues that arise during the project implementation, using the case study method, analysis of the problem. This article will refer to the PMI(Project Management Institution)9knowledge system of Project Management, respectively, from the integrated management, communication management, risk management three aspects to analyze case problem. At the same time, how to solve the above problem in project management from the three aspects respectively, provided further optimization of project management solutions. In terms of project integration management, focusing on key steps in project initiation and planning phase. In terms of project management, focuses on communication scope, communication mode, communication plan and so on;In terms of project risk management, focusing on sources of risks and corresponding mitigation strategy.Through on case in the IT project management problem of analysis and research, hoping to find IT project management best practice program in enterprise, and using best practice program to standardize and optimize enterprise IT project management systems, using more sophisticated project management method, in order to enable enterprises to further improving the quality of IT project management, makes IT project smooth implementation, make the enterprise benefit from successful informatization project.
