Zibo Electric Energy Collection System Construction Project Management

Along with the increasingly expanding scope of its application, project management is becoming an important content in enterprise management modernization and a major form of project organization and management. The telemeter reading (TMR) system construction project in Zibo urgently requires a reasonable & scientific method of management because of its disparate profession characteristic and high-tech contents. As a result, it is extremely necessary to study on the management of the TMR system construction project in Zibo.This thesis handled the case of the TMR system construction project in Zibo with the theory of project management in a way combining both the practice and theory from the view of manager of owner. Mainly by analyzing and summarizing the cost management and communication management through the project running and offered some advise as well.There are 3 parts in this thesis, the first part stated the background, purpose significance of this issue and the development of project management by introducing the TMR system construction project in Zibo, analyzing the characteristic of electricity power information system construction project, trying to figure out the necessity of using project management method during the project running. And the second part focused on the issue of controlling the three important factors:quality, progress and cost by indicating the connection of these three factor, and pointing out that they are the key reason to finish a project successfully. Because they are related and restricted mutually, we must synthetically control them to achieve the maximum profit. The third part went into the method of coordinating and communicating, risk management strategy in this case. And at the end of this thesis, it gives some advise in risk treatment based on analyzing the risk factors.Overall, this thesis use the case to go into the application of project management from various angles, putting forward a reasonable scheme to guide the project finished successfully by combining the method and theory of systemic project management.
