Abstract:Tobacco is an important component of Chinese agriculture. So researching and developing Production organization form to adapt to modern tobacco is of great significance. The study mainly analyses the limitations of the traditional mode of flue-cured tobacco planting in Chenzhou tobacco area. And as a contrast, it discusses on the connotation of modern flue-cured tobacco planting pattern, systematically researching the superiority and specific Implementation Of Security tobacco cooperatives-the new producing constituent form. The main results are as follows:1. The traditional mode of flue-cured tobacco planting mode is mainly growing flue-cured tobacco retail-oriented business; a lot of households growing tobacco, growing areas dispersed, less household farming, growing concentration not high, lacking of an effective organization, managementing more extensive, lower production levels, quality differences and choppy, hampering the modern tobacco agriculture in sustainable development seriously.2. The contents of the modern tobacco farming pattern which is based on the flue-cured tobacco cooperatives are more rich, its advantages obvious, its feasibility strong. Its acreage per household and concentration of tobacco cultivation are relatively higher. In the process of tobacco leaf production, the total amount of employment, power consumption, coal consumption is less; Economic efficiency is higher; the quality of roasted tobacco leaf is better. The new tobacco cropping patterns promotes the sustainable development of modern tobacco agriculture, and ensures the level of raw materials.3. The keynote of Chenzhou area flue-cured tobacco smoke professional cooperatives is more clearly, the property relations, the distribution relationships, pricing and other operation mechanism are more robust, organizational structure and production process are to be more perfect and smoothly, promoting the development of modern tobacco agriculture.4. While flue-cured tobacco professional cooperative currently is at initial stage of construction, overall development is still relatively weak.
