Flue-cured Tobacco Producting Sistuation And Development In Southeast Qian

The paper analyzed the ecological condition such as the agricultural climate and the soil, the fundamental facilities, the production and technology conditions. The result showed that the ecological condition in southeast Qian is suitable or more for planting tobacco , the basic facilities is being improved steadily , and the quality of tobacco manufacture is increasing gradually. At the same time, there also existed some problems as following: the exploitation of the ecological resource was not efficient; the idea of the style of tobacco and the developing strategy were not clear; the holistic quality of tobacco needed to be improved; the structure of production and the mode of management were not in harmony; the workers were not well-educated; the total quality of the farmers was not high; the structure of the labor force was not harmonious; the application of high technology was not adequate. Regard to the problems, the paper argued that the style of tobacco in southeast Qian should be decided as "Southeast Qian Ecological Fragrant Tobacco" . The developing strategy should be: on the ground of "Southeast Qian Ecological Fragrant Tobacco" , to fully exploit the ecological advantage of southeast Qian, to better technology condition and worker force quality, to improve fundamental facilities, to enhance the role of ecological recourse in the development, and to enlarge the production of high quality ecological tobacco, so as to make the tobacco development in southeast Qian continue healthily and steadily.
