Research On The Decision-Making Method Of Multi-attribute&Multi-stage Complex Large Group For Conflict Resolution

ABSTRACT:In recent years, frequent high intensity of sudden disasters have caused serious damage to the country’s economic and society. In order to minimize the consequences of sudden disasters, departments set up emergency decision-making group quickly, and the group would carry out relevant decision-making. It is the key to integrate various views of all members’to make the decision-making scientific and effectively, we should select the appropriate method to integrate the decision-making information of all members’. Studying the decision-making methods, the main research work is as follows:(1) We get the attribute weights by maximizing deviation method; We get the members weights when the preference confliction of all members’achieve the minimum. We get the stages weights according to the group preference confliction of the decision-making stages; After obtaining the above three weight values, combined with the initial decision-making information of all members’, we can get the final group preference.(2)Making decisions from the perspective of the degree of utilization of all members’preference information achieves the maximum. We get the attribute weights by maximizing deviation method; And get the members weights when the distance between the vector of members’ decision-making preference and the vector of group’s decision-making preference achieves the minimum; Get the stages weights from the perspective of the maximum utilization of the groups’preference information within every stage. When get the three weight values and combined with the members’initial decision-making information, we can achieve the final group’s preference.(3) We get the members’weights when the members’ decision-making information get fully utilized, the weight values can reflect the degree of utilization of decision-making. And require the member who gets the smallest weight to adjust his preference in each round of decision-making, combined with the decision-making information of the remaining members’ to form the new decision-making information of next round, and repeat the above process until the degree of utilization of group decision-making information achieves a stable level. Then get the stages’ weights from the perspective of the group’s decision-making information achieves the maximized utilization. Finally get the result of the multi-stage multi-attribute decision-making interactive decision-making problem.
