| The strategic management has become a key factor in the development of the modern company. Chongqing HH Micro-Credit Co. Ltd was setted up in2008in Chongqing, China. The company is mainly engaged in petty loans.Though the company is competitive in micro finance industry, there are still many problems existing in the process of management. The author, as the senior manager of the company, plans to analyze and study the company’s management and development. Through the discussion of development strategy, this paper purposes to find the outstanding problems of the development and then provide several solutions, so as to promote the health and sustainable development of Chongqing HH Micro-Credit Co. Ltd.This paper explores deeply the development strategy of Chongqing HH Micro-Credit Co. Ltd. The author firstly analyzes the main existing problems; then analyzes the internal and external environment in which the company is facing, at last,the author summarizes the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats the company’s facing. On this basis, the author concludes the company’s strategic target and establishes the company’s overall strategy ahd competitive strategy. In order to achieve those goals, this paper made a strategic plan in order to make the company each link(including the strategic planning, corporate governance, risk management, building of core team and human resources, financing system, development of innovative technology of micro credit) are under the control of the stragegy. Finally, specific suggestions on strategy control are putted forward.Besides the preface, the overall paper consists of four chapters.Chapter One is the brief introduction to the micro finance and Chongqing HH Micro-Credit Co. Ltd and discusses it’s problems. First of all, the author summarizes the basic situations of micro finance industry and the significance of development of micro credit companies. Then the paper introduces the general situation of Chongqing HH micro-credit Co. Ltd. Lastly, it sums up the key problems and the bottleneck existing in the development process of Chongqing HH micro-credit Co. Ltd.Chapter Two makes an analysis on the internal and external factors in the micro-credit service of Chongqing HH micro-credit Co. Ltd. The author firstly analyses, by the macro PEST analysis model, the environment of Chongqing HH micro-credit Co. Ltd in terms of the political factors, economic factors, social culture and technology. Secondly, this paper indicates the micro-credit business competition facing Chongqing HH micro-credit Co. Ltd under the model of Five Competitive Forces. Finally, the author summarizes the company’s strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats by the SWOT model.Chapter Three discusses the strategy formulation of Chongqing HH micro-credit Co. Ltd. Based on the detailed analysis in Chapter Two, this chapter works out the company’s strategic goals, overall strategy, competitive strategy and market positioning.In Chapter Four, strategy implementation and strategy control are discussed. This chapter discusses in detail the company’s strategy implementation’s and the strategy control’s suggestions in the following aspects:the strategic planning, corporate governance, risk management, building of core team and human resources management, financing system, development of innovative technology and management technology of micro credit and the strategy control.Combining the practical ability and effective resources management, some suggestions in this paper are being implementing in Chongqing HH micro-credit Co. Ltd.
