China’s iron and steel industry began to develop in1950s. With the economic innovation of China’s growth, the steel output in China stably takes up the first place all over the world under the new investment process of the basic steel construction program. And the part occupied by the Chinese steel trade of the world steel trade experienced an apparent increase trend in recent years. The size and strength of the traditional steel enterprises increase sharply. This phenomenon shows that the steel industry has already become the most important raw material industry and mainstay industry of the Chinese economy. But since the second half of2011, the situation of steel industry gradually fell down. The steel industry suffers a great loss or can only get tiny profit. At present, based on the wholesale agent model of common value chain, the steel trade distribution enterprises are faced with the limitation to develop and the potential risks of changes. So they can’t adapt themselves to the challenges in Chinese steel industry. HRD is one of the traditional steel trade enterprises. So HRD must investigate its flaws of develop model and seek a develop model which is suitable to the recent steel industry situation. And the model may become the chance for nowadays steel trade enterprise to launch sustainable development. This article applies the enterprise managing knowledge and assumes the positive influence to steel industry produced by steel distribution park to discuss the possibility for HRD which is a typical representative of steel industry building steel distribution park to achieve sustainable development. This article applies PEST model to analyze the recent steel industry develop situation and restriction elements. And by using Michael Porter’s Five Forces Model, this article demonstrates the steel trade industry and determines the different competitive strategy of the steel trade industry. At last, this article finger out the specific advice on the operation of the competitive strategy and risk control.The whole essay is divided into five chapters.Chapter One:the steel trade industry and its development To introduce the stages of steel industry development in China and the recent develop situation of Chinese steel industry.Chapter Two:the recent situation and problems of HRDThe first part gives a brief introduction of HRD and makes a conclusion about the development of HRD. The second part of this chapter applies Michael Porter’s Five Forces Model and combines the research about the recent situation’s influence to the traditional steel industries especially the middle and small traditional enterprise like HRD to discuss the problems and potential chancesAChapter Three:the recent situation and problems of steel logistic parkThis chapter plays an important role in forming a connecting link between the preceding and the following. Through the recent situation and problems of steel logistic park, this article discusses the recent challenges and chances of HRD from micro and macro aspects and fingers out the importance to build ZH logistic park with cooperation to lead HRD to develop sustainably.Chapter Four:Based on the creative strategies about the managing of distributional park, this chapter discusses the feasibility to build the ZH logistic industrial park from macro aspects by introducing the necessities of steel logistic park and the recent situations in Chinese steel logistic park.Chapter Five:operations of HRD strategiesThis chapter is the main creation part and most important part in the whole essay. This chapter combines with the real situation which HRD is faced with to finger out the specific operations potential risks and the advise which can help enterprise avoid risks during the construction of the ZH logistic park.During the study in the southwestern university of finance and economics, the writer analyzed the problems in HRD company and fingered out the own suggestions about the future developing direction and strategic operations. A part of advise produced by this article already put into practice in HRD enterprise. Because HRD is a representative of typical steel trade enterprise and has its own characteristics. If this article can attribute to the companies which have the same situation, the writer will feel very glad.Of course, due to the lack of knowledge, this article must have some errors.
