The Problems And Countermeasures Of The Government To Guide The Development Of Industrial Cluster Of Commercial Vehicle

After60years of development, Chinese commercial vehicle industry has built a number of large commercial enterprise groups, taking FAW, Dongfeng, SAIC as the representatives. It has formed a more complete product line of commercial vehicles and production systems:the northeast, Beijing and Tianjin, Southwest, Yangtze River Delta, Pearl River Delta commercial vehicle industry clusters central. The commercial vehicle industry has become a pillar industry of the national economy. China is transforming the world’s commercial vehicle manufacturing power to creative power.Compared with other domestic commercial vehicle industry cluster, there is a gap in Southwest. The gap mainly lies in Industrial output and the main commercial turnover accounted for a small country as well as commercial vehicle industry chain imperfections. Although in line with the national " commercial vehicle industry restructuring and revitalization plan ", Qingbaijiang park, as one commercial vehicle commercial vehicle production base in the southwest region, has many constraints such as late start, lack of experience, inadequate supporting industries, the incomplete upstream industry chain.As the market economy itself is defective-market failure, China’s industrial development mainly adopts tangible "hand" regulation. Like the United States, Germany, Japan, Korea and other developed countries, China made auto industry as a pillar industry of encouragement and support, introduced the "automobile industry restructuring and revitalization plan." After that, Chengdu also introduced the corresponding industrial development policy, making important deployment to Qingbaijiang commercial vehicle industry base.Based on the development experience of the northeast, Beijing and Tianjin, Central, Southwest, Yangtze River Delta, Pearl River Delta commercial vehicle industry, taking government’s guidance as a primer, this thesis tries to study the general law in the commercial vehicle industry in China, and propose the main problems in the process of development. Setting Qingbaijiang commercial vehicle production base as an example, it focuses on government measures of guiding the development of commercial vehicle production base.
