Studies On Urban Residents’ Property Income Gap Of Sichuan Province

In2007, the Party for the first time put forward "create conditions to let more people own property income", let the word "property income" began to be known by the general public. Property income is generally considered gained by residents’ property. It is one of the four big incomes of residents’ income and has become an integral part of residents’ income. Since30years reform, the market economy develops rapidly, residents’ income grows fast, residents’ property income also increases significantly, property income gap problem is particularly noteworthy. In recent years, as the prosperity of the real estate market and financial market, investors’property income grows rapidly and also property income gap problem begins to expose.Since the development of the western region, the economic of Sichuan province developed rapidly, its’ urban residents’ income increased fast, residents’ property income also increased rapidly. With the rapid growth of the urban residents’ property income in Sichuan province, its urban residents’property income gap problem is very likely to wait us to discuss. According to the Sichuan statistical yearbook data show, among Sichuan province urban residents’ property income, the ratio of the lowest income levels’income and the highest levels’ income is from1:14.43to1:21.45in2005-2012years. It can be seen that Sichuan province urban residents’ property income gap becomes more and more deep. So we should do further research into the Sichuan province urban residents’ property income gap.This paper aims at Sichuan province urban residents’ property income gap problem. Firstly, summary the current situation and the basic characteristics of Sichuan province urban residents’ property income gap; Secondly, compare Sichuan province urban residents’ property income gap to the national average and eastern, middle and western provinces urban residents’ property income gap, find out the differences between Sichuan province and the external environment from the comparison with the external environment; Thirdly, analyze Sichuan province urban residents’ property income gap from the internal environment. Analyze the severity of the internal property income gap and the influence to total income gap in Sichuan urban residents; Fourthly, decompose Sichuan province urban residents’ property income gap and find out the reasons that cause the gap in property income; Fifth, put forward the corresponding solutions and policy advice about Sichuan province urban residents’property income gap problem from the above discussion.
